Whataburger - Mesquite

I'll give this restaurant an extra star because most of my order was correct. However, they charged me for a gravy that wasn’t included in my bag, and they also forgot some smaller items. The cashier was named Daniel, but the girl who served me kept expressing how much she disliked her job and seemed to be in a bad mood. Both she and the boy were unprofessional, and I found this Whataburger to be worse than the one on Lake June.

I had an amazing cheeseburger. I requested the meat to be cooked well, well, well done, and it turned out perfect. Thank you, chef! Additionally, the young lady at the drive-thru window was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you!

The service here is dreadful—extremely slow! I understand that it gets busy and that the staff is trying to manage orders, but as a customer, it’s frustrating to hear employees chatting loudly among themselves. Comments like "30 dollars, 30-minute wait" and "I don’t want to rush; I can take my time" make it clear that the issue lies with the staff, not the workload. It’s disappointing to see such an indifferent attitude, and I won’t be returning because of this terrible service.

I live in the area..please do NOT I REPEAT DO NOOTT get food here! It?s a constant problem. They almost always forget to add items included in your meal. The drive thru alone takes about 45-1hr to get through. The kids working here are rude as hell aswell. Try the Colins location.

Came up here ordered two Cobb salads and they said ok on the microphone drove up to window ,told us they only had ome salad left wow at 8:00 and this establishment supposed to be open 24/7?! Just dint want to make the chicken(fried came up here today at8:00 pm the big white lady and man is too lazy to fry chicken and they work at a fast food place I won't be back and I'll tellmy family to stop coming here . If you can't make a simple salad with chicken Bye. I love whaterburger p Bust night timecustomer service is horrible. Smh Had to drive off on the lady cause I didn't want to argue over a salad but why make me waitwhen ypu only have one I ordered two??! I guess she thought I was just gone take whatever she give me ,no mam.
