I'm sure they are not turning away the people at the drive through. What a joke. Where is the management at this place. If you can't handle the lunch rush maybe you should let another food establishment take over.
Probably the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. The place was super clean, had enough staff, they were all friendly, and the quality of the food was fantastic. I haven’t been I pressed by Wendy’s for some time now.
I stopped on my way to Las Vegas. It was the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had a in a long time. The Dave’s Single was perfectly made. The French fries were amazing. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were happy and worked well together. I wish the 3 Wendy’s in my hometown were 1/2 as good as this one.
WATCH FOR DOUBLE CHARGES WHEN ORDERING AT THE KIOSK.Not sure how many other customers have been charged twice for trying to order at the kiosk but I was, supposedly they are looking into it , not going to be visiting again anytime soon. Should have stayed with McDonald 's for breakfast ?Food: 3/5
I visited Wendy's and was the second customer in line. The counter person told me she would be with me, but instead waited and bagged four different orders. I was disappointed that she didn't take the time to help the customers waiting to order. After the person in front of me finally placed their order, I asked for a single cheeseburger and was told I would have to wait 8 minutes. When I asked for a frosty, I was able to order that without any issue. However, when I inquired about getting fries, I was told it would be a 10-minute wait. I decided to leave as the customer service was lacking. If they had been more friendly, I would have been willing to wait for my lunch. I took my business elsewhere.
