Taco Bell - Mesquite

Terrible service at Taco Bell in MesquiteTx from Cartwright and Beltline. They didn't even let me add to my order in the pay window. I had to throw half of my order away. I ordered crispy taco supremes and regular meat and cheese and received taco peels with brown salad and acid cream. Only crumbs. I wish I could have pictures of what they serve. Very disappointing experience and will not return.

This restaurant is awful. When you order through Uber Eats, they give you the wrong order and if you request a substitution of beef for chicken, they do not make the change. I was very disappointed with this service.

Mexican pizza was great, the line cook was terrible. Tried telling manager he put my nacho cheese on the pizza but I opened it before leaving. It gets 4 stars because manager instantly made it up even while cook argued with her. Props to her for standing up for the customer

This is the worst Taco Bell ever the kids on the drive thru are very rude. Won’t be coming back here anymore

I ordered my meal online through DoorDash as I was quite hungry. I decided to get the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe Box, which came with a cheddar chalupa with chicken, a beefy 5 layer burrito, a crunchy taco, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and a lemonade strawberry squeeze to drink. The order arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. I started with the chips and nacho sauce, then moved on to the crunchy taco and the beefy 5 layer burrito. I saved the toasted cheddar chalupa with chicken for last, which was a mistake. I did not enjoy it at all due to its unpleasant smell, which I think was from the aged cheddar used in the shell. The taste also fell short, making it feel like a waste of money. The drink was also lacking in flavor. This experience has left me feeling disappointed, so I do not plan on visiting Taco Bell often in the future.
