I read complaints about how busy they are and I question the writer. If you go to a restaurant and they serve lunch but there is not a crowd I might wonder about the food. The crowd at lunch speaks volumes about the food. Was there Friday and had to grab a dirty table. Tommy (aka Tommy Boy) walked by and I asked him if he would get me something so I could wipe the table and he said with pride it was his job. He smiled and quickly cleaned the table. With a huge smile. He interacted with many of the guests making each one feel special. This brings people back to Panera, workers like Tommy and the food. Crowded is a good thing.

I ordered at the drive thru and my order was wrong when I got home. I called and they brought me the right meal to my home! I am very pleased with how this location handled this. Thank you so much!!

Panera is now my favorite place to have lunch! And it wasnt the great food or the nice atmosphere, it was one of their employees. Oscar was so nice and attentive, honestly best service we have ever had!
