Mcdonald's - Mesquite

I had a frustrating experience with my mobile order. First, they claimed that my order didn’t match what they had on their end, and then they ended up giving me the wrong items even after confirming my order. Not only was my order incorrect, but several items were also missing. I had to return to the restaurant, and they still insisted that the order they gave me was correct until I showed them my app to confirm what I had paid for. Even after acknowledging their mistake, the employee just closed the window without offering an apology or asking if I wanted to pick up my missing items. They handed me my order, which included cold fries, and didn’t even offer to replace them. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no customer service whatsoever. At the very least, they could have asked if I wanted fresh fries since the ones I had were cold by the time I got home and back again. Overall, very disappointing.

I stopped visiting this place for several reasons, but another chance due to their app. Well, I wasn't taken, but it was. Let me remain biased. I brought Cardinal Rule; check your order before leaving the restaurant. I came home, my order was wrong, and Pommes were warm. People remember that this FAST FOOD!!! Sit and eat. This restaurant is always busy, and the ride thru is crazy. If you are looking for consistency, look for the McDonald's on Beltline and Hwy 80. They'll take care of you. Happy?

Came in After 12AM and was served by a lady in the front, which i assume was one of the managers due to her attire. I get it, they have to serve the food at a reasonable pace and give out their best customer service while doing it. This lady did exactly that, the food was warm and can't go wrong with some McDonald's at this hour. I'm sure to make this a stop again.
