Katherine's Steakhouse - Mesquite

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The prime rib was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere had a dark, romantic steakhouse vibe. Our server, Sam, and the staff were attentive and prompt. While the place had a few rough edges, much like a casino, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The wine prices are incredibly reasonable—$165 for a 2019 Quintessa?! I couldn't believe it, especially since it's a 100-point wine at retail. I'm definitely planning to return. Overall, the dinner was wonderful, and I can't wait to come back!

A delightful culinary surprise! We visited Katherine's Steak House in October 2022 while passing through Mesquite, NV. Having dined at many steakhouses that often charge exorbitant prices for average fare, Katherine's was a refreshing change. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. When I glanced at the wine list and asked our waiter if the prices were per glass, he clarified that they were actually for full bottles. Everything, from the wine to the salads to the mouthwatering steaks, was exceptional. Our waitstaff was attentive, and the food presentation was impressive. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that was quite unexpected for a casino setting. If you find yourself in the Mesquite area, be sure to try Katherine's Steak House at the Casablanca Casino!

Carlos took charge of the restaurant tonight, but Ruben really set the tone and made a big impression! The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The filet was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Mathew was very quick with all the drinks.

The food was great, I had the Chicken Marsala, my wife had the Veal Piccata. But the real treasure was the staff, especially Sam our waiter. The whole staff was so efficient and amazing to observe.

Best food in this area by far! We drive down from St George Utah for date nights! We have never had a bad experience. You wouldn't believe it's inside of a weird little casino.
