Ihop - Mesquite

For one they were not busy and had to wait for the table to be cleaned off. Next I asked the server. MCKENZIE for some napkins and she dropped them on the table. Big mistake me and hubby always tip half our bill if you are a great server. So we got a different waitress. This will be the last time we ever come to this IHOP. But in all the new waitress was so nice and sweet so she will get a big tip.

Walked in and no one was at the front so I asked the employee in front of me that I saw to help me. She (on her phone in the front of the restaurant having a personal conversation) proceeded to roll her eyes right in front of me and take me to my table. It was literally like one table in the restaurant and it’s not like she was doing any work. She’s lucky I didn’t want spit in my food or I would’ve told her manager right then and there.

How the hell ihop is open 24 hours but when I walked in they staff would tell me, they don't have cooks. IHOP should be embarrassed.

Wonderful. We were a party of 10 and our waitress was very pleasant, attentive and efficient. She made us all feel special. Not just us, we observed her with other customers and she had a was the same with each. Oh, the food was good also.

Food came out fast the waitress was nice and I love the food
