Cicis Pizza - Mesquite

I recently dined at Cici's Pizza in Mesquite and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the manager's behavior. She was quite rude and disrespectful towards customers, which greatly affected our visit. Her unprofessional demeanor did not align with the level of customer service one would hope for. It’s disheartening to witness such conduct from someone in a managerial role. I hope this feedback is received constructively and leads to improvements in how she interacts with patrons.

The manager with blonde hair was rude, and the restaurant floor was dirty.

It was pretty slow when I walked in to eat with my family and there were about 3 slices of each pizza on display. When the new pizza came out it would be either dry, thin, or slightly undercooked. With hopes for better pizza we waited and still had little to no pizza on the warmers. Seemed like the single person working on the pizzas needed help keeping up. Pasta was overcooked for the most part, and the lettuce for the salad did not taste very fresh. Will not be visiting this location again.

Good place to eat at… not gonna lie, ordered a pepperoni with mac and cheese pizza, and it was delicious the last time I tried it!

I placed an order here through DoorDash two hours before they closed. Kept saying they were preparing my order, and then after they closed, it said the order has been canceled even though the Dasher was there, waiting on my order never order from this place again
