Chili's Grill Mesquite

Great food!! I waddled out of there! LolDrinks were not good tho. I'm a retired bartender n there is no way that drink had one much less the two in the description of liquors. Tasted like it was pure sweet n sour with pineapple juice. Plus, it was very very light yellow. It was so sour we had to ask for more juice to drink it, but the waitress was sweet, slightly dingy and someplace else but sweet. My friend n I only get one appetizer sampler and chips for us both n we brought home leftovers. It was delicious!!

Really?? Sunday at 4pm. Have to wait for 35 min with empty seats, I get it maybe short on people but don't look like when you have 3 people just talking on the front desk.

We celebrated my wife 's birthday there. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They would check to see if everything was up to our standards. They made us feel very important and my wife loved feeling and being treated so special while we were there.I highly recommend this location.Parking: The parking lot was quite full and there was a constant line of vehicles coming and going to the establishment. You may have to search for a parking spot but it will be worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: They have the disability parking spots up close to the front doors. They also have some additional spots located just a little further away from the door, but where it 's not too taxing on those that are disabled much like myself.

This review is based on 3 different visits between May 2022- July 2022.First time we went in May, we were celebrating my uncles birthday and my cousin ordered some ribs and in between one of the ribs there was a hair wrapped around. I called the waitress and they took forever to bring her food, to mention that we had already finished when her food was brought back to the table. The waitress was not attentive at all, a manger was called and never came to the table so we just left.Second visit, my mom and I had lunch together and we asked the waitress for some ranch and jalapeños and never brought those out, instead he was going to every other table asking them if they needed anything and since we ordered not once he came to ask of we were ok or needed more drinks( which we did).This third time was kind of my fault because I ordered online and did a pick up, and my chips and salsa were missing, but didn’t realize until I was back at work.Food is ok but the service is awful.

One of my favorites was very disappointing. Eating not up to normal always excellent in the pastAtmosphere was ice cold, waiters and waiters in jackets or light cover. Host said it must be me while tables on both sides spoke of us it was freezing. The food was cold before you could enjoy it. Hopefully, the new management will respect the previous excellent administration, food and services.
