And after about 5 minutes my order, which was labeled incorrectly, was given to someone else. After a long 5 minute discussion andcalling the general manager, who never talked to me, I was told my order has to be put back in and the general manager, he justwalked away and never talked with me. I watched everything going on but I was not talked to. Then 40 minutes later I left withmy food. I was not given a discount for waiting, not we are really sorry, just asked for me to pay. Not a very good experienceand one the manager should have taken care of. Now with that said when we finally ate the food, an hour later then planned, thefood was great. We were staying at the hotel and hope they figure this out.
We ordered the rib special, the ribs were burnt, the corn was dried out and rhe fries were cold. We asked to talk with the manager and she said she could only give us 2 bucks off.
Food is always good service is outstanding it gets crowded but you don't wait long for your food to get to the table definitely going back .
The server ignored us three times after being seated for over 15 min with no service, we left the cafe.
We are here in September for the first time. The food was ok but the hostess and cashier were only interested in talking around us. I found it very rude and disrespectful.
