Applebee's Grill - Mesquite

This place right here is the worst restaurant I've been to! The place is so messy! Over-priced food. Wings are so greasy I only ate 3. They charged my card 4xs I had to call my bank in regards to the issue and fix it! The waiter was nice and had great customer service. Other than zero stars. Run, this place is ghetto and dirty.

My rating is based exclusively on Leah. She was amazing and prompt. Understand that she only the messenger in the role she plays, I can't mistake her for the kitchens mistakes or the bar, but she repaired it and went beyond and beyond. Your personality and spirit is so great that I really felt comfortable. She was never even irritated when I didn't like anything or gave me an attitude as I experienced it. I saw her move so fast with other tables, and she still made sure to check me despite everything. So if you go and Leahs ask for their section and just forget that they are the server is not the cook or bartender I saw people so rude to her because something was not right and she just took it! Thanks Leah I hope you never leave you more regular!! See you soon

The service was fine, but my husband and my husband were wrong. They had rap music that is ok, but not at a 7pm dinner in a child-friendly restaurant. And the bathroom corresponded to a gas station, wet paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. Even the faucet was not attached to the counter. This was earlier a visit for us, but as the state of the place, there are enough places in the area that we will not be back.

I give these three stars because Applebee has gone down in the last four years. They switched the noodles they use on the Four Mac n Cheese dish to really big. They also seem to be stingy with their sauce, so the dish is never very tasty anymore. Not sure we'll eat there again. It can only be this place, but the Four Mac n cheese dish is now evil.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The host took the longest to come and put us, was in no way friendly. After sitting, the server took 20 minutes to come and get our beverage order. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer and they came out quite quickly, he checked us 1x in 30 minutes with NOT another table in his section. In the meantime, Calvin (the rude host) was on the phone with his child's mother, who told her about herself and, of course, with professionalism. I understand... It's 10 a.m. on a sat night, the bar is popping and staff shortage are over the nation, but C’mon seriously, you needed all in the place to know your personal business? I don't think so. Our table (Party of 4) had a total of 6 drinks (5 from the bar, 1 lemonade) we literally saw our waiters in a total of 5 times in a total of 2 hours, he was not rude at all seemed only occupied with other things. Management should really meet a team over proper labels while at work, because it wasn't today.
