Always fresh! It's okay here. The teriyaki scarves are great. The salmon comes only in one size, but it's perfect for dinner. The Arizona Shot is good, but it is somehow boring due to the lack of texture, but if you like California Rolls, you will love this. I usually get a side salad. The salad they use is super fresh and the ginger dressing is my favorite! The sushi here is good for a starting place, but I don't have any pictures. Very recommended.
