Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

The drink I ordered was made well, but the service was quite slow. The interior of the store was mostly empty, with only 2-3 customers who were already enjoying their drinks. It took about 20 minutes for my drink to be ready. Despite having several employees on staff, the wait time was longer than expected. If you're in a rush, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time when ordering here.

The strawberry funnel cake frappuccino is a delightful treat! It looks beautiful and makes for a great photo. While it won't take the place of my usual order, it's definitely a refreshing change.

Was there at 9am. I ordered 3 coffees. Stood in the front area looking at everything in cups for sale and blah blah blah. Stayed up front waiting for them to call my name. I 'm seeing people walking in and leaving and I 'm still standing there ! I see a small tray with cups in it, and ask is that for me ? I 've been here over 30 min . We called your name . I said no you didn 't ! I 've been here up front the whole time, you never called my name. (I would have called it again thinking someone didn 't hear their name being called). I wasn 't having conversation with anyone, I was there just to pick up our drinks. Guess I better try to fit in better next time. No, wait, there will NOT be a next time ! Thx.

Then, one of the employees came out and rudely told me that I needed to go around next time, as I had caused a long line and she had to walk through some bushes. I’m sorry, but I didn’t mean to create any inconvenience; it was their mistake for confirming they had the sandwich. I was just looking for a refund instead of ordering something else! I remained polite when they told me about the sandwich, yet her tone and approach were completely unnecessary given the situation. I usually only leave positive reviews, but this experience was just really disappointing and unwarranted.

Had Lori helping me at the drive thru, I couldn't remember my drink and she was very polite, and helpful. Absolutely loved her customer service ????
