Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

Even though there was a long line they got my order ready quickly and correctly. I got a caramel macchiato and a cookie. The cookie was fresh and hot.

Love Starbucks of course, it?s a classic safe place you know you can go to no matter where you are in the world. Usually the staff is always kind and that plays part in the classic feelings Starbucks has. Until I visited this location? there was a girl working I believe her name is Hannah. She was so incredibly rude to not only customers but I could tell things were tense within the staff. Very uncomfortable. She was snippy and rude and just miserable. Not sure what happened to the importance of customer service but seems like it?s a dying trait for companies. Hopefully someone reads this and can let hannah know she made me and everyone else inside very uncomfortable

I like it that Starbucks keeps their hair out of people's food and drinks. they're very friendly and I've never been unsatisfied with the food or drink

Starbucks is always the best and this one never ever dissapoints or make mistakes. My caramel macchiatos or refreshers are always perfect. The staff and their customer service are absolutely amazing!

I had a wonderful experience with excellent service and a very friendly staff. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is because of the look I got when I ordered a cinnamon roll. I was told it was actually a breakfast bun. But honestly, if it looks and tastes like a cinnamon roll—albeit without the frosting—then that's what it feels like to me!
