Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

This Starbucks boasts some of the friendliest staff you'll find anywhere. Throughout the pandemic, the drive-thru cashiers and window attendants have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service. Many companies could learn a thing or two from them about what good customer service really means. It's clear that their training comes from a capable manager, as these amazing employees genuinely seem to care about their customers. While the quality of the products is impressive on its own, this location truly stands out thanks to its high-quality staff!

Do you believe me when I say this is the best Starbucks in the area? However, I find myself having to shout my order just to have it repeated back to me, only to receive a completely different drink at the window that I didn’t order. And somehow, it’s suddenly my fault? I’m pretty sure the neighbors in Maulbeere could hear me. I’m still frustrated that in the last two months it feels like you’ve completely closed off the inside, which used to be my safe haven, and now it feels like something has been taken away from me. I just don’t enjoy drinking coffee alone in my car.

We came through for a free birthday drink, the day after my fiancée’s birthday. Old policy was a free drink redeemable within a month. New policy is the day of. We missed the day. But the Manager/Barista whom assisted us, Derek, still honored the previous special! He even recommended a great place for birthday dinner! This is one of the many reasons we go out of our way to come to this particular Starbucks. We’ve had issues with other storefronts, but literally zero with this one. They always go above and beyond, even during peak hours. Thank you SO much, Derek. You made her day!

Visited here today for the first time around 5pm. It was surprisingly not busy! I was greeted by a really nice worker guy named Sai. My drink looked awesome!

I love all of the ladies that I work at this coffee shop! They are always ready for me when I come in bright and early and they always make my coffee perfect!
