However, today I purchased a drink and then went back for the same one for my husband. Within just an hour, they had changed their pricing. I showed them the receipt for my first drink, but no one could explain the price difference. After I left, I saw on the app that they have started imposing a $1 customization charge for their drinks. The drinks were already excessively priced, and now there's an additional $1 fee for customization, on top of all the detailed charges for each item. The staff is fantastic, and I will definitely miss them!
Hunter was working the drive-thru window yesterday afternoon, and they truly brightened our day! Thank you for being fun, kind, and absolutely delightful! I would happily drive a longer distance just to come through your window again!
I had my first experience at a Starbucks where the employee at the drive-thru was very rude while I was placing my order. After that interaction, I felt uncomfortable even approaching the pick-up window.
The restaurant closes over half an hour earlier than indicated, with no prior notice. The staff seemed more focused on their phones than attending to customers, which gave the impression they were just trying to clock in hours.
I ordered 30 sandwiches and coffees on short notice, and the staff was incredibly efficient in getting everything done. I highly recommend this place!
