Shel F has the WORST customer service. I asked for a drink and she didn’t know how to make it (totally understand), but when I stated that it’s on the Starbucks app as in I can look it up for her real quick she replied “that’s nice!” And was just very rude and dry after that. I even googled it for her so i didn’t have to trouble her and she still was so incredibly rude. The girls normally are the sweetest that work her. She unfortunately was not.
