Rosati's Pizza - Mesa

Been here many times before. Ordered pasta and a sandwich. Portions seemed to be more generous. I hope this is a change that is permanent. Thx

This place has the best pizza, no question about it. Be sure to try their double dough—it’s fantastic! They truly know how to make authentic Chicago-style pies!

The experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The person who answered the phone lacked basic customer service skills and was quite rude throughout the call. It was such a terrible experience that we decided to place our order at another Rosati's instead. Fortunately, once I called the new location to place my order and make the payment, everything went smoothly.

Walked in and the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. It wasn't busy. Actually she ignored me twice. The guy that brought me the pizza explained the mushrooms are there you just can't see them, they're hidden. I see a business closing in the near future. Update, Manager called me and explained the situation,was very cool and gave me a little insight into what going on behind the scene. I appreciated he did that. His approach to managing will keep him in business for a long time.Parking: Other business in the strip mall have more customers.

Just wanted to update my review. Owner did reach out to me personally and rectified the issue. Glad to see that there are still good people who offer good food and great customer service.
