Pizza Hut - Mesa

I'm not sure if this location is under new management but our experience last night was such a big improvement on how their service used to be. We placed a phone order with Michael and he was not only super friendly but he also honored a birthday reward from the app and wrote a birthday message on my breadsticks. Fantastic service and the food was EXACTLY how we ordered it for once LOL great job guys and Thank You, Michael!

Ordered online. Said 60-84 minutes for delivery. Our order never came!!!!! Called store 6 times and noone ever answered! Finally gave up. Went to bed!

Large pizza under 12 was told there was only 1 stuffed crust size. Toppings thrown to one side, and looks to have been dropped. Delivery driver show up looking filthy. Says 2 words and leaves. No receipt. Called the store to fix it (4 times). Manager would not even hear my whole issue before interrupting for excuses. At one point said I don 't get paid enough for this . Finally agreed to remake pizza. Replacement was beautifuly made, hot, and over 14 . Which only makes the first more disappointing. Been ordering from here for 8 years with no issues. Haven 't in a while and never will again. Recent reviews seem to indicate this is a normal thing these days.

Order up Pizza, Pasta and breadsticks only the pizza and breadsticks show up. Store didnt even try to contact us for a replacement item. Just sent the two items and wrote on the receipt sorry out of pasta . What a joke. Never ordering here again. Had to split a small pizza and breadsticks between multiple people due to the stores negligence. Absolute failure by management. Coachable moment for the whole staff and Area Manager.

Worst service!! They never have delivery drivers! They never pick up the phone when calling in orders! it's like there is no employees working at this location (IF) they answer they do not know what they are doing! This is the 2nd time this has happened there will not be a 3rd I'll use DoorDash if I need delivery, but I will not order from this location again. ZERO STAR
