Additionally, I expected these wings to be drenched in sauce, but they felt more like they had been lightly misted, probably to keep them looking good. I prefer having my wings slathered in sauce so I can really dig in and enjoy the extra spice. Another letdown was the side of curly fries I ordered for $4; I was expecting a larger portion, but I only received a small handful. Typically, curly fries are seasoned, but these were not at all. If you find yourself here because Long Wong is too far away, I recommend trying the Suicide Wings if you're after some heat (though I can't personally vouch for them). They do offer a variety of wing specialties that might redeem the otherwise lackluster experience. Overall, I found this place quite bland and don't plan to return. When I'm craving hot wings, I want them to be genuinely spicy—not so hot they make you cry, but enough to break a sweat. Long Wong remains my top choice!
