Mcdonald's - Mesa

We decided to go to this place to use the McDonald's app and get McCafe frappes and cones at the Memorial Day weekend. We came at 9:15 a.m. after checking the hours and saw that it was open until 11 a.m. To our surprise there was no ice cream! The machine was all apart, we were told it was cleaned every other Sunday and then we can't sell ice cream. We're not very busy being in a Walmart. Hum, the people in front of us just left, they had apparently also looked for a cream. We decided to buy the apple cake instead of bowls. My husband asked if there was another taste and Brooke told us that there was a strawberry, cheesecake, so we ordered one of each and two frappes. I must say the strawberry cream cheeses are really delicious!! They made our cakes fresh, they were hot and so good. We also decided to order two sausage breakfast sandwiches. As we ate, there were many shops that came to the counter. I felt really bad for Brooke, people had to say that she had no ice cream for sale and on a weekend vacation! Honestly, I don't understand that thinking about managing the ice machine during business hours. It's hot, it's a holiday weekend, yes it's Walmart and many customers came and left empty hand as this machine was empty. Our food was hot, freshly prepared. Our fringes were perfect. I had to clean our table as he was dirty, but I could say that the staff was very busy. This location has no internet, no toilets and no play area. It's not huge, it's pretty decent. Brooke, who led the register and who made our fresses, also brought our other foods to our table. She was very professional and polite and knew what she was doing. If this place had run the ice machine and internet, I would have given it 5 stars.

I rarely make an evaluation, but I take the time from my day to write this because Jessica's customer service was impeccable. My order was long and complicated mainly because I talked to a group of people about the phone and not even seemed frustrated. Also said: “That was not complicated at all!” because I warned them before I started. Not to mention it was in the middle of Thanksgiving chaos!!! Jessica with the clips are amazing!!!!

I went to this McDonald location and I recurved plus a customer service from the cashier name kaila She was so cute and showed her personality, even though she had revenge! She made sure I got my buffalo sauce without asking twice. McDonald's is a fast food chain, but she made it like a down the street burger shop

I was in this place tonight at 9:00. The cash register was very friendly. She had purple/blue hair I didn't get. She repeated my order to make sure that was correct and I got my order pretty fast. Big cash.
