Horrible customer service every single time I come here! Ever time I come here they says oh we don?t have enough ice cream to make a mangonada. So what?s the point of offering them when you never have the main ingredient. Every time I come here they stand there and just look at you stupidly. They don?t say hello how can I help you or anything! Worst place I?ve ever been to. Don?t waste your time or money at this place when they are rude and never have any of their ingredients.

Came to eat here as a family. We are a family of 8. We were told not to grab anymore chairs and the table only had 4 chairs. So where were the other 4 members of our family going to sit? So we left and we literally spent so much money on the ice cream we bought and didn't even get to eat it there. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend as an influencer.

When I arrived, a woman came up to me and asked if I was ready to order. I requested more time, and she said to let her know when I was ready, then walked away to the back. I had some questions, and my daughters wanted to try a couple of flavors, but the woman never made eye contact or acknowledged me while I waited for her return. Eventually, she came back, and I told her I was ready to order. I asked for a sample and posed a question, but instead, she hurriedly asked if I was actually ready to order. It felt like I was being rushed for no reason. As I began to order, she noticed a friend in line and started chatting with her, completely disregarding my need for assistance. It was frustrating to be pushed to order while she was engaged in a full conversation instead of helping me. When she finally returned to assist me, I made a sarcastic comment about whether she wanted to help her friend. This put her on the defensive, leading to an exchange where she rolled her eyes multiple times. Ultimately, I asked if someone else could help me so she could finish her conversation with her friend. The person who assisted me afterward was very helpful, but overall, the management and customer service were lacking. There are definitely better ice cream shops out there that offer a more pleasant experience without the negative attitude.

The ice cream was delightful, and the staff were incredibly patient! I really enjoyed my experience!

I had the worst service I’ve ever encountered at this restaurant, particularly from an older lady who was extremely rude. She clearly has no understanding of customer service. To make matters worse, she closed the shop 10 minutes earlier than the posted hours. All I wanted was an ice cream, which would have taken just 30 seconds to serve. I've had several negative experiences with her in the past.
