The middle-aged male manager was quite rude and clearly needs some training in customer service. We had friends waiting in the car and wanted to place two orders for the promotional donuts, but he refused our request. We tried to explain our situation, but he didn't apologize and remained impolite.

Their website and the door both indicate that they open at 5:30, but they don't actually open at that time.

Furthermore, when I attempted to buy one of the premium milks from the display, Randy snatched it out of my hand and informed me that they couldn't sell it because it wasn't in the system yet. Overall, I would recommend saving your hard-earned money and opting for a location that actually makes their donuts on-site, rather than settling for a franchise with an unfriendly manager like Randy.

Most stale donuts ever bruh, the customer service sucked too. Stood in front of the girl for ten minutes and she never asked “how can i help you”. she looked cracked out too. don’t come her unless you want nasty donuts. bosa better

Girls in the Drive-Thru didn't want to be disturbed in the morning when we left. we had a question about something and she could either not hear me or she didn't decide. Maybe just a busy morning, not sure, but it won't scare me off the return. we'll see you next Sunday.
