Firehouse Subs - Mesa

I ordered the small combo which included a ladder sandwich and Mac and cheese. The meal was delicious. It was a bit busy and there was a new employee at the register, so I had to explain my order even though it was my first time there. The restaurant could use more customer interaction, as no one welcomed me or explained the ordering process. I was in the wrong place for 5 minutes before someone finally approached me. However, despite this, the food was good.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! When I walked in, it was not very busy and a friendly older lady helped me with my order. She made sure we had everything we needed, including our drinks with our names on them (I always use my initials, ATM). The food was a bit pricey at $30 for two large portions, but it was worth it. The restaurant was clean, the chips were available, and the drink area was well-maintained. Even though it was quiet, they had two TVs for entertainment. The service was quick and they brought the food to our table promptly. It was hot, fresh, and nicely presented. I would definitely recommend bringing someone here to try the delicious food at FireHouse Subs!

The lady who runs the counter is always fantastic and the food is top-notch. I struggle to find any faults with this place.

Good food mostly. Appropriate shares at the price. I want more options, but that's just one opinion.
