Fired Pie - Mesa

Very clean and pleasantly quaint location. Me and My friend practically had the space to ourselves with the an exception of one other customer dining some ways away from us. I had tje margarita pizza. It was Delicious! I love love lobe the crispy yetsoft combination of this thin crust 1 serving size pan pizza. Very filling and I'm no skinny mini, I like to eat! The mostfreshest and light on the stomach pizza I ever had! It is an all vegan pizza tha had spanich on it too yum!! They use like abutter garlic base so the content is not greasy at all and burst with robust flavor. The servers had Excellent customer service, decent pricing and very clean place. I will return with my family!

To start, those who criticize the presence of teenagers working at this restaurant are being unreasonable. Obviously, teenagers can work here and prepare food like pizza just as well as anyone else. The pizza is excellent! You get to choose your own toppings and watch it being made fresh right in front of you. What's not to like about that?! It's affordable and delicious. The staff is friendly and, despite their age, they are capable workers. They also take precautions to prevent cross-contamination of food. I saw a customer claim otherwise, but the staff used a separate scoop for her toppings, although the sauce may have accidentally touched her pizza. Her name was Karen, I believe. I really enjoy this place and plan to come back often.

Oh no!!! There was cross contamination at this restaurant! The customer before me asked for both pesto and red sauce, and the employee used the same scoop for both sauces without washing it in between. When I asked if they had more red sauce in the back, they said they did but wouldn't bring it out because they always use the same scoop. I mentioned that pesto contains peanuts, but the supervisor just said they make the pizzas on a separate counter and don't use separate utensils. He offered to wash the scoop for me, but for someone with a peanut allergy, that is not enough. This restaurant needs to take better precautions to avoid potentially harming customers with allergies.

The pizza at this restaurant is decent, but the staff ruins the overall experience. They are young employees with bad attitudes, unwelcoming and not friendly. I have visited twice and both times I was completely ignored for minutes on end, even though there were no other customers around. My boyfriend and I were standing right in front of the glass, ready to order, but still didn't receive any acknowledgment. We had to wait nearly 5 minutes until they finally noticed us, without any apology or greeting. The service was poor and it seemed like there was no management overseeing these kids and their treatment of customers. The whole experience was disappointing, from receiving the wrong toppings to having my pizza ruined in the oven. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, as two bad experiences were enough to show me what this place is all about.

Ordered a Margherita pizza from door dash and I received a sausage pepperoni pizza. I called the store and was told I could pick up a new one but I work from home and couldn't leave. They should have refunded my money or delivered a new pizza. Neitherhappened. I have the paper they put the pizza on that says Margherita with the sausage pizza on top
