El Metate Mexican Food - Mesa

The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. I really enjoy coming here. The prices are reasonable, but the food is even better. Additionally, they have a drive-thru for convenience.

I've been coming here for two years for their menudo it's one of the best here in Phoenix. The beautiful thing about it is that there is no wait time for Menudo. I guess that's why I'm just now putting a post about this restaurant. I was being selfish wanted this place for myself but this establishment needs to flourish. This competes or beats the other well regarded mexican restaurants here in Phoenix. I've been coming here once every weekend for the past 2 years after work.

Everything I've ordered here has been delicious. Definitely recommend this joint.

It was ok, but you r charged for everything and the burrito was salty. And high in price. I order a burrito w shredded beef and refried beans an it cost 11.98!

The food is way too expensive for what you get in terms of quality and portion size. There are better choices nearby.
