Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Mesa

The slowest service ever.! We were seated right away and waited at least 20 minutes just for our server to say ?hi what can I get you to drink!? Of course we threw her off with the fact that we knew what we wanted.! Another 40 minutes later we got our breakfast! Mind you we ordered no meat with our food.! Eggs and French toast should never take that long.! She didn?t keep our waters refilled.! We have a long journey home and caffeine doesn?t sit well on long journeys, so servers need to understand not everyone can drink 2 glasses of soda.! But water should be ?bottomless refills as well? I had to ask for my refill of water and by the time she got to it, I was ready to go.! I?ve been to many Cracker Barrel?s, throughout our Nation and this one needs improvement.! Bathroom were kind of gross but being cleaned. It wasn?t even that busy to have such a long wait.. food was okay? Oh yeah I posted the 4oz grits. More like 1 oz.

Dylan has excellent customer service, gave great advice on what to order and it wasn?t disappointing, great food and atmosphere. Clean and super professional, I?ve heard a lot of great things about this place and it lived up to its standards

So this is the chicken that comes with the ?grandpas Country fried breakfast?. So glad I got to wait 20 minutes over the projected pick up time. This is what I get for coming to a chain and not going to Jim?s Coney Island cafe. Good job Cracker Barrel I won?t be back.

Overall the experience was great. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I can say you definitely will not go home hungry. The menu had a variety of meals ranging from breakfast to dinner. The server Raina, was an absolutely amazing server and knows how to take care of her customers. Matthew one of the restaurant managers, would consistently check in on how my meal is tasting and would go above and beyond to make sure if anything was wrong, it would be corrected immediately. Very pleased with tonight?s service and dining experience. I will be visiting again.

I can't get enough of this place. love the breakfast! kekse and gravy! yum! great prices. nice place. beautiful and friendly workers. the prices are so favorable compared to a California. I wish we had one of them. I had no bad eating at any cracker barrel.
