Chuck E. Cheese's - Mesa

This was our first time celebrating birthdays at this restaurant, and we actually had two celebrations at once. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was good—enough so that we finished everything! Our host, Ivan (if I heard his name right), was very patient and friendly. My younger daughter was feeling shy, but he made sure she was comfortable and not pressured. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

After reading all the reviews here, my mother-in-law and I decided to check out this place before bringing my son. I really don't understand what some of these reviewers are looking for—this place is extremely clean! The pizza and chicken nuggets were delicious. The rides were well-maintained, and the floor was surprisingly clean without much food debris. The bathrooms were spotless; there wasn't even a paper towel on the floor. We were very impressed with the quality of service we received. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

The music is lively, and the kids absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and full of energy. The pizza has been consistently fantastic for a long time. There's also a great selection of food for adults. Plus, they offer free tokens with a military ID. The place is brightly lit and feels very safe for children. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults, and everything is kept very clean.

Amazing quality of customer service. My nephews for a fun day and after a machine refused us tickets, someone gave us over a dozen tokens and 300 tickets for the inconvenience. That was more than we used on the machine and more than we had come back to tickets. My oldest nephew was ecstatic! I appreciate that these people enjoy providing magical moments for children!
