When I tried to express my concerns while wearing a mask and holding a plastic plate, the staff seemed confused. I was disappointed to have paid $40 for a rice and cheese dish that had very little meat. However, after speaking with a manager and showing him the unsatisfactory dishes, they were remade (as shown in the last picture) and looked much better than before. The manager was understanding, friendly, and courteous, which I appreciated. I was happy with how they handled the situation.
During a recent trip to Oklahoma, I had lunch at Chipotle on Signal Butte in Mesa, AZ and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my wallet while I was there. Luckily, an honest customer found it and returned it to the staff. I didn't realize my wallet was missing until the following morning, after traveling over 500 miles. I called Chipotle and spoke with Kevin, who was very polite and friendly. He informed me that someone had turned in a wallet the day before. I was so grateful for the honesty of the people at Chipotle! I sent Kevin a mailing label via email and he immediately took it to USPS for overnight shipping to me in Oklahoma. A big thank you to the customers at Chipotle and to the staff for going above and beyond to help me out!
My wife used to enjoy dining at this restaurant because it aligns with her dietary preferences. Unfortunately, the last two times we ordered takeout from this location, our orders were incorrect. The most recent incident involved my wife ordering a salad and receiving it without any lettuce. Additionally, my meal was made twice and my wife did not receive what she had ordered. The barbacoa was also served in large, solid chunks. It appears that the staff responsible for handling takeout orders may not be attentive to details. As a result, we have decided to stop dining at Chipotle. There are other nearby options that consistently provide good quality food. I recommend exploring those alternatives instead of settling for the mediocre experience we had at this restaurant.
Decided to go to a different location than usual and wow what a difference . Customer service horrible . Food prep horrible. Ordered 2 burritos and a 3 taco pack all to go . The tacos cold as can be barely wrapped and soggy and soaked. The burritos I really dont understand what was happening but it took 2 different people to complete. Also cold. Look at pic one bigger that the other lol whatever good help is still hard to find but compiled with bad leadership and well yea you wont get my business again.
Had food delivered! 2 orders came back with hardly anything in it. The black beans taste rotten! Can't get a hold of anyone. Food was rushed. I want a refund tried to get in contact with online that's a joke!
