They also didn't provide any napkins. Thank you for such a terrible experience, I usually don't go to Burger King but now I definitely won't be returning. I would rather take the extra 2-3 minutes to go to McDonald's for better quality. This was a terrible dining experience.
The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly, but unfortunately our experience eating in was not good. Our burgers were ice cold and it was very disappointing.
The food was delicious and arrived quickly, but it was clear that it wasn't freshly prepared. There were constantly individuals asking for money, which made for an unpleasant dining experience.
Before my hairdressing appointment was eaten, because the lady asked me to come a little later; the service was very slow, only two people work, one in the front, without gloves, pack the food in the bags, and the cook. Finally, we took over our order and she didn't even give us the entrance, we had to get ourselves out of the register. Once we got our food and started eating, the speck tasted like chemicals and they got 2/3 of the order wrong, we looked at the entrance, it didn't even set our order down right, we had to ask for speck to what they store instead of speck. when we put the speck, he didn't taste at all. poor service. never again to this Burger King.
They are okay. Service is quick. I 've been discriminated against due to physical disability.It 's sad because it 's in a really unsafe area.Protocol is one thing. Rudeness is always prevalentIf I overpay with my card and there 's proof, system is down because they 're busy and payment literally says approved on card reader.They will say it 's not and accuse of non payment.Dispute with bank publicly over phone and refuse meal even when offered free.Burger King is good but this one is in a heavily congested area traffic wise.Sometimes they will give you meal and no receipt. Meal comes late or not at all. Different shift. You never ordered anything or a weirdo will steal your meal and you will be the one asked to leave.Love the the food and Burger King.However physically and cognitively disabled. Not incapacitated. Please stop being rude.If I have these issues as a mother that is disability, imagine the struggle for other mothers and bigger families.
