Arizona Golf Resort Event Center - Mesa

I have played this golf course more than a dozen times over the past two years, and it has generally been a good value. However, my last three visits have been disappointing due to the terrible pace of play. During my most recent outing, we spent six hours on the course, and there was no option to speed things up, as it felt overly crowded. This was particularly frustrating considering we had an 8:30 AM tee time, which is unacceptable. It seems the gap between tee times was either too short or the starter was not doing their job properly. At this point, I would find it difficult to recommend this course.

I can't believe the audacity of this place to charge full price given the condition of the course. On the weekend, there were groups racing around with five players each — who does that? It's absurd to pay for this kind of experience. It was unsettling to watch our balls slide through the dirt and mud; that’s definitely a first for me. I need to keep in mind how to putt on uneven greens next time. This is a $15 course, best suited for a casual round, not worth the $55 they charged.

I live at the golf resort, and it’s a wonderfully quiet place. The golf course is beautiful, although I’ve never had the opportunity to play on it. The management here is fantastic, making it an excellent spot to stay or call home.

Great day of golf for a player on every level! the staff is very polite and helpful. the manager of eric maldanado works very hard to bring the cursor to a higher standard. I can't wait to see the progress! Definitiw back to his former glory and beyond! very recommended to go!

I recently had my wedding there on May 29th 2022. It was a horrible experience and Yolanda and Terry tried to do their best on that day with what they were handed. I originally had an event coordinator by the name of Adrian. April 6 was the last text message I received from him. I had already had a Scheduled appointment to meet with another event coordinator Yolanda set for April 11th, 2022. I show up to my appointment only to hear that she is not there and so now I have to wait for them to send someone else who was unaware of my decoration meeting. After this decoration meeting that I had with Terry, I did not hear from Yolanda nor anyone else besides Terry via text message until I contacted the property. Fast forward to 10 days prior to my wedding I called the facility to see if Adrian was available. I was then told that Adrian no longer worked at that facility. The front desk stated she would have Yolanda give me a call.. I then got a phone call from Yolanda and we were able to go over some of the stuff for my wedding day. 3 days before my wedding I get notified the ac is out in the original room my wedding was supposed to be in. Some of the decorations we were supposed to use had been stolen, the day of the suite I paid for had no working ac, they had known it was not working that Friday before. The suite had a fan and 2 swamp coolers in there and the restroom was like a sauna. Trash everywhere, things broken, the hotel down the street looked better. The fountain had not been pressure washed so all my photos will have that in them. I have a longer list, multiple attempts at trying to resolve this issue and no one had reached out to me or my husband.
