The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they do not notify customers when there are delays. I had to wait 90 minutes tonight without any information. When I called to inquire, they did not seem concerned. Additionally, their updated app does not include salad options for any of their kababs. They even called me to say that I forgot to add salad, as if it was my fault. It seems like they are unaware that their app is incorrect.
The worst customer experience I had in my life. Bcoz they simply are arrogant to all customers.
A lot of bad reviews below for delivery times , however went to the shop with 5 friends, I ordered a half pounder meal and some BBQ wings and I've got to say, they were both very very good. Really enjoyed the food, and also done fairly quickly. Will return if in the area.
The restaurant stayed open late, so I grabbed some food on my way back. It was made fresh and I really enjoyed it.
