Starbucks - Merritt

This location always seems to change hours. Big line up in drive thru. Employees inside. No one taking drive thru orders. Told employees about the line. They said they have closed now (2 hours before posted hours) and that the people in line will figure it out. You would think they would post the hours change on the menu ordering board to solve this issue. Poor management and employee attitude.

Horrible. Worst I've ever experienced. Waited 35 minutes and left without our order.

It baffles me how they can be so slow. There are 7 people behind the counter now and at least a dozen customers who have been waiting for a quarter of an hour.

Closed at 6pm on a Friday sucks for out of town travelers.

Still won't serve coffee for here in ceramic cups because of Covid? This place is packed and they don't require masks... Backwards but really its just lazy
