Good food, excellent service, worth the stop. The pies are so ?and our server was awesome. The yam fries are a great side option.

I came here for dinner after a long day working outside. I was seated rather quickly and my drink order was taken. I did have to wait a little bit for my food, however the restaurant had quickly filled up and I did notice that my server seemed to be dealing with half the tables despite there being four waitresses on duty so I'm not going to fault her. My food was delicious and filling and I got a bowl of their clam chowder to go for later. The value was quite good. Definitely a place I would go to again next time I'm in Merritt

We arrived into Merrit when the diner was pretty close to closing. We were the only customers. This was no problem to the staff and they accommodated us well, very friendly server.I had the soup and a grilled ham and cheese, something quick. My husband had a burger and fries. Enormous portion, the burger looked really good.We were not at all rushed into finishing our meal even though it was past their closing by the time we had finished.

Very Disappointed! Not at all like the other Home restaurant in Hope BC. Food was NOT good at all. Famous fries Yuck! And the apple pie was Terrible! And all of us tasted it and all came to the same conclusion. Most of us didnt feel very well after eating there. Will not go back!

We had dinner at this restaurant.It was pretty late already, so it wasn't as busy. Our food got served really fast, within 15min. The waitress was nice as well.I had the meatloaf, which was super good and very generous portion; however, I was disappointed in the rather cold mashed potatoes and very bland and watery vegetables. This might be because it was almost closing time, but it still shouldn't happen.My husband's steak was very good and his fries and salad as well.Especially for the price and what you get I would have dinner here again, just maybe earlier to have all of my food hot.
