Shipwreck Grill - Merrillville

Well, the place is really nice, but the food was just bad. The crab cake was usually filled and soft! The chicken was dry and the food was simply taken forever! The only good was our waiter!

Great patio! Great staff! Appetizer menu was fun. Drinks and beers handled our thirst! Live music was setting up but we had to leave before it started. Ring toss reminded us of Sanibel Island...give 'em a try I think you 'll enjoy it!

As a celiac patient and they have a great Gluten-free menu. Great staff very knowledgeable! I felt taken care of and the food was great! Check out their bartender Katie she is amazing and quick! Will definitely be back.

The atmosphere here is quite distinct from other restaurants in the area—it's both refreshing and unique. The food is tasty and prepared fresh to order, so don’t expect your meal to arrive in five minutes. Instead, take your time, unwind, and enjoy the experience. We did, and we will definitely be coming back for more.

The food here is fantastic, with a wide selection of drinks available. I tried the red snapper, which was outstanding. From what I observed and heard from other patrons, everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals as well. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and you can really taste the homemade quality in the dishes. This was my first visit, and I will certainly make the trip from Chicago again.
