Mcalister's Deli - Merrillville

It wasn't the wait staff fault. Only two people were there working, they were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Slow service. Only one person at the counter doing take out, drive through and inside orders. Good sandwiches, especially the Reuben and the club.

Customer service is horrible. People in the back arguing and people up front confused. Ordered curbside because they offered it online but got to the restaurant and they told me we had to come in to pick it up because they don’t offer curbside. This location always run outta spuds which is ridiculous and I never receive my pickle that comes with sandwich. The soup was disgusting. Get it together

Servers look like they don’t like their jobs. Service was slow and even though we were the only new customers. Should have not tipped at all.

Not a lot people are in there (for obv reasons) . Lady just have free cookies to one group maybe for some reasons idk and don’t rlly care but my family wanted to some and she didn’t respond. Service is kinda bad and cups spill when trying to drink and got all over my nubuck shoes
