Little Caesars Pizza - Merrillville

Try to order from Little Caesars on Broadway in Merrillville, and the customer service is terrible, called 2 times, and got no answer once for the 5-10 minutes I waited on the line. Couldn't order on the app because I didn't have space on my phone for apps I didn't use daily, had to ask a roommate to order the food and it took only 20 minutes to be prepared for the food. Normally, I would not stress over waiting time for an order, but there were no secured orders, the store was not busy, they were just negligent from their phone. Why do you give the opportunity to call the store if you don't disturb, even pick up the line? I'm just disappointed in the service.

Ordered a $6 half pizza with bread sticks. Was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The wort was good and nothing was understated. I mean in less than 10 minutes. The checkout was so friendly and friendly. I usually never have problems with this place when it comes to going to this place. Sometimes they are busy and get certain things wrong, but overall good place to eat. ?

The young man there tonight needs help! He was the only one there, overwhelmed and was getting customer complaints from every direction. HOWEVER, it is not his fault. He should not be there alone fulfilling orders! I placed my order, and it was wrong when I camed to pick it up. I let the young man know. Initially he was frustrated (understandable) but I was also as the customer. Ultimately he rectified the inconvenience, and I am horrified that this young man is the ONLY person working at this location. Not only on weekdays, but also the nerve on busy weekends as well.

It could have been cooked longer.. this is my 2nd time having this experience at this location. I know it?s VERY busy but people still want quality well-cooked) food .. no matter the price! I hope things get better at this location ???

We walked in and ordered the Little Caesars Deep Dish pizza. We were there during the Hot N Ready order period and there were zero pizzas ready. The entire lobby had only 2 chairs. We waited about 15 minutes and everything was okay until we opened the box at home. This is not even close to what a deep dish is supposed to be. Only one of eight slices had the crusty melted cheese edge. One! The sauce was almost nonexistent, it?s supposed to have LOTS of sauce. The pepperoni and cheese did not even cover the bread. This should be called Thick Bread with pizza on the side. We won?t be back anytime soon.
