Chuck E. Cheese's - Merrillville

This location in particular is awesome and the staff is consistent with the excellent customer service within the last two years of me coming here. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for the staff as they deliver the best customer service in the area! They were great both times I had parties here with my intellectually disabled sister. Also they really do make the effort to make sure the kids are having fun and the whole entire party have a Wonderful experience. Thanks yall!

I used to visit this place as a child. I took my kids there today, and even though everything has changed and been updated, they had a fantastic time. I will definitely be bringing them back!

Great experience today! This was my grandbaby's first time experiencing chuck e. cheese and wow did she ever get the red carpet treatment. The place was super clean. Sanitizing stations located throughout. The food was great! The employees were friendly and accommodating. The owner is top notch!!! By far the best experience I've ever had at a chuck e cheese! We are already planning a birthday party at this location after today's experience!

All the tokens are loaded onto a card, which tracks your time in minutes. Essentially, you pay for the amount of time you want to stay, and once your time is up, the card stops working. The boys had a fantastic time! It wasn't very crowded, either.

I honestly hadn't visited this place in years, but we decided to host a small party for my 5-year-old's birthday. We opted for a party package, which was reasonably priced considering everything included. Just a heads up, though—it adds up quickly! Nevertheless, it was worth it. All the kids had a great time, even some teenagers. The pizza was much better than I remember, with a flavorful crust instead of the cardboard texture I used to associate with it! The cake was both cute and delicious. They didn't have the specific cake we picked, but it was fine because they offered a few other options. Our attendant was very kind, prompt, and helpful. The venue was clean and had plenty of sanitation stations. They even let her go in the ticket blaster with her sister, which was a big plus. My only complaint was that when they were singing the birthday song for our daughter, the table next to us was yelling out their kid's name, which was quite distracting. Come on, let’s be mature about this! But that was more about the other guests than the establishment itself. Overall, we all had a fantastic time!
