Kfc - Merrill

The orders are consistently incorrect and the customer service during my recent visits has been terrible. I noticed the first mistake in line and had to return to have it corrected. Even after getting home, the order was still wrong and I had to go back again. The staff seemed to find it amusing and did not offer an apology for messing up my order twice. Despite several attempts to call the store and speak with the manager, the phone was never answered. I will not be returning for a while.

It seems that the employees at this restaurant location do not follow the posted hours. Despite the sign on the website stating they open at 9am, when I arrived at 9am, I was told they don't open until 9:30am by one employee in the building. At 9:30am, two more employees showed up, but I was once again told they don't open until 10am. I was not greeted with a hello or good morning. I am extremely disappointed and will be going to the Medford KFC instead, even if it's out of my way. I wish there was a way to report this lack of professionalism.

I ate at a joint KFC and Taco Bell location. The food and service were both good. However, the tables could have been cleaner and could use a wipe down.

7:15 at night, open til 10 and they're out of chicken and the chicken cook left already. ordered tenders, they were so tiny, definitely not worth $20 for two 3 pc tender meals. ridiculous.

Visited on the evening July 21st. The cashier was very nice and our order was taken correctly. Somebody in the back was singing or rather just hollering about things that shouldn't have been at a restaurant. The cashier even kept looking towardsthe back. To the guy who was singing/hollering I hope it doesn't hurt when you pee anymore.
