Pho Cyclo Vietnamese - Merrifield

Terrible food and customer service. Missing so many items and they blamed it on the driver that the basil and sauces were missing.

Great place for a quick bite. I’ve been here a couple times and the food is always good. My server could have been a little more attentive, but overall I was pleased with food and experience.

We've dined here a few times, and their pho is generally good, especially on a cold and windy day. Out of all the dishes, Combo #3 Sampler is our favorite. Its generous portions of tasty shrimp cakes and pork meatballs are delightful and can quickly fill our empty stomachs. Overall, the service is decent, and the ambiance is tidy. It's cool these days, and we will return to have hot pho soup from them soon.

I enjoy the Pho nam soup #59. However, I walked in and placed a to go order and discovered that I am being charged for take away packaging and a service fee for using a debit card. Really....come on and then when paying for the order being asked to leave at tip. :
