Gyro Palace - Merrick

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and my order was ready right on time. The portions are fresh and generous, and the food is absolutely delicious! As for drawbacks, there really aren’t any. Just don’t expect a fancy dining experience; it’s primarily a take-out spot with a decor reminiscent of a pizza place. Focus on the food rather than the atmosphere!

You can't go wrong at this place! The food is fantastic and the staff is amazing! We're regulars and we're a bit hesitant to give a full five stars because we don't want to share this gem with too many people!

Gyro Palace is fantastic! My boyfriend and I have been visiting every week for months now. The service is exceptional, and all the waitstaff are incredibly friendly. They even remember our orders! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. This place truly deserves all the stars!

This restaurant used to be excellent when the owner George was there. The food was fresh and the service was good. I haven’t seen him there in a while and it has gone downhill. It’s now run by a bunch of kids one of which I believe is the owners son who do nothing. They stand around and talk to each other. The service was less than zero. I left there thinking I was never going back again. It’s sad I know that the original owner worked hard to make it a great place. It’s not anymore

Absolutely amazing food. The staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. I’ve been coming to this establishment for several years and I love seeing the same faces. The owner knows what he is doing. I’m glad I found this hidden gem. Thank you for always making my belly full and putting a smile on my face. Never change great job to the owner and staff that dedicate their time to make this place outstanding.
