A S Italian Fine Foods - Merrick

The customer service was awful. There were three employees behind the counter, yet only one person in front of me. After waiting for five minutes, I decided to leave.

I gave A&S a 1-star rating, but not because of the food, which is actually delicious. I'm glad to have it in my hometown of Merrick. However, during my visit, I encountered two guys working behind the counter. One of them was quite rude when I asked a question about a specific menu item, and when I inquired about when it would be available again, I received another unfriendly response. On the other hand, the other employee was very nice and attentive.

I've dined here several times and decided to order catering for my daughter's first birthday. Anthony was incredibly helpful, especially since I had never arranged catering before. We received numerous compliments on the food at the party—it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I called there asking if they had sun dried peppers, then called back to confirm this. they told me yes both times,so we walked over there to get them, was then told that they did not have them since before the pandemic started, so they asked me to call the number that i called earlier when i asked and look at this their phone rang and it was me, so they told me they had them but really did not. i will now never go there again

The food is amazing! But I ordered my sandwich almost 3 hours ago. When I called they said it hadn't gone out yet! I still don't have lt! Luckily I'm not in a rush today but I'm sorry I will never order from them again!! It's after 4pm now AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SANDWICH!!!! IT'S NOW 4:30 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SANDWICH!!
