We love going to Mermaid Tavern. Parking is easy and there’s a kids room that they love. Food and service is great. Can be a little noisy sometimes.

So disappointed. The loveliest venue. So gorgeous walking in but then left so disappointed. Kids area was not as advertised. All games broken and was hot inside play area with no real toys or entertaining things just a couple of broken claw machines and some soft blocks. We then ordered Kids meal with an ice cream but after meal were told no icecreams available and ice blocks were not yet frozen. Annoying when you've already paid for kids meal we would have just ordered them a pizza to share otherwise.
