Garanzia di ottimo cibo.... Arrivata una entree...capocollo di Martina franca con rucoletta e aceto balsamico d'acero e composta di pomodoro ciliegino....fantastico. Antipasto carciofo in triplice cottura: in tempura, a carpaccio e tortino con crema di pecorino e olive leccino...ottimo... Carpaccio di ricciola con crema di sedano e frutto della passione....fantastico l'abbinamento con frutto della passione. Per primo: orecchiette di grano arso fatte in casa ottime) con crema cima di rapa e cimette con alici marinate e pane raffermo al tosmarino...buono. Per secondo...polpo in cbt su crema di fave, timo limone e pepe rosa, cicoriella selvatica con cubettini pane aromatizzato: ottima la cottura del polpo...buono il resto... Per dolce marquise al cioccolato fondente, namelaka zafferano e vaniglia, ribes rosso: fantastico. Caffè con latte montato caldo...minerale frizzante...calice vino rosso varvaglione....ottimo pranzo. Booked a table for two for our anniversary online. Was given a lovely table for two outside. Our table only had one chair and many of the tables around us weren’t set and looked untidy. We tried to order risotto two share but was told it’s minimum two people (this wasn’t stated on the menu) we were told it would take 18-20 mins to make so we were suggested to order an appetiser. We didn’t as we had ordered a lot of food and didn’t want to spoil the dinner. 50 mins later the risotto arrived and it was cold and very undercooked (not al dente) and stone cold. We said we will not eat this and asked for our mains. 45 mins later we had been at the restaurant for 90 mins and not eaten. We said we’d like to leave and call a manager. No one came we got up to pay for our wine. No staff around just one young man at the bar on his phone who ignored us. One of the worse dining experiences we have ever had in Italy or world wide. The signage for the restaurant isn’t even pointing to the correct lift!! Everything bad.
