Vintage 61 Wine Kitchen - Meridian

Vintage Sixty One is a fantastic destination for an elegant dinner, boasting an impressive menu and an extensive wine list. The owners, Purple and Mike, along with Chef Carlos, take great pride in ensuring that this is a must-visit spot for all their guests.

I really enjoyed this place and will definitely return. The owners were extremely nice!

We dined on a busy Saturday evening in 1961, and all the tables were full (a good sign!). The beet salad was fresh and well-prepared. I ordered the French onion soup, which was also very good. The scallops were tender and lightly seasoned. The house special, the gay, was both tender and flavorful. For dessert, we had both bread pudding and cheesecake, with plenty of combinations to choose from! The experienced waitstaff was attentive and helpful. We’ll definitely recommend this restaurant in downtown Meridian, Idaho, to our friends. We spent about $75 per person, which felt well worth it.

Outstanding service and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and associates.
