Teriyaki Madness - Meridian

There are not many vegan options available at this location, but we were excited when Teriyaki Madness opened nearby. They offer both dine-in and online pick-up options, which we typically choose. Their dishes come with rice or noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. While most of the protein options are meat, they do have three tofu options. I usually go for the teriyaki tofu power bowl, opting for all broccoli instead of the standard mixed vegetables. They give a generous amount of tofu in every bowl, and with the power bowl, all-broccoli option, I get plenty of broccoli. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly.
