Pizza Hut - Meridian

As a marketing professional and a food enthusiast, I truly appreciate the significance of Google reviews, so it saddened me to see the current ratings for this location. I've been craving my pan pizzas from Pizza Hut for weeks now, but tonight's experience was definitely worth sharing. I have a 100-pound silver lab who goes absolutely bonkers every time someone knocks at the door, which can be quite embarrassing. However, when my contactless pizza was delivered tonight, I was pleasantly surprised to find a dog treat on top of the box. That thoughtful gesture was the best and most unexpected customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thank you!

My daughter insisted that pizza tastes better when it's cut into squares, so we requested our pizza be sliced that way in the special instructions. However, I think they cut it normally at first and then noticed our request. The result was a medium pepperoni pizza cut into tiny triangles! My family hasn't laughed this hard in ages!

This Pizza Hut location unfortunately damages the brand's reputation. I regret not noting the name of the woman who answered the phone, as she was very unprofessional. I decided to give this restaurant another chance despite my unpleasant experience the first time, when the same woman yelled at me. I've come to realize that it's worth the drive to the Pizza Hut near Ten Mile, where the customer service is much better.

The pizza is pretty tasty, but I didn't really like the crust.

The restaurant places a strong emphasis on safety during Covid, offering a convenient option to order online and have your food delivered directly to your car. I truly value their service!
