Mcdonald's - Meridian

I frequently order from this restaurant, and nearly every time there’s an issue with my order—whether it's something missing or wrong. I can't understand how this keeps happening. I've ordered extra items only to receive none at all, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, they are very rude when I bring these mistakes to their attention. I would give them 0 out of 10 if I could.

I recently ordered a nugget meal and requested a large order of fresh, hot fries. Instead, I received fries that were lukewarm and limp. I can't believe I paid $14 for such poor quality. It feels like I was misled.

I frequently visit this McDonald's, and their fries are consistently crispy and hot. I've rarely had a negative experience here, which is noteworthy for a fast-food chain. While you shouldn't expect the same level of service or precision as you would at Chick-fil-A, this McDonald's definitely delivers some of the best experiences I've had at a McDonald's.

As like every other McDonald's I've been to any special ordered menu items it is hit or miss if they get it right. A plain cheeseburger has been the biggest issues with any.
