Boise Fry Company - Meridian

Burgers were great! I ordered the po balls. They were not my favorite. But I tried the fries and I enjoyed them. Recommend!

If you’re ever in the Boise Idaho area this is a must visit place. I forget the name, but love the fries that is fried in duck fat along with the garlic

I had a great lunch with a friend. It didn't occur to me to try to order my burger medium rare so I found it overdone. The fries were marvelous and there are dipping sauces for all tastes as well as a variety of salts and other dry spices to shake on. I loved the smoked salt and the traditional fry sauce.

Probably understaffed as the cook was the one who took my order and was taking orders to people. That’s whatever. My main disappointment was the cleanliness. Overall, place is pretty dirty. Floor, counter, and around the drink station. Most disgusting was the bathroom. It had clearly gotten dirty over multiple weeks/months calling into question management, not individual employees at that point. There’s no way you could have missed this as a store manager. Cheese is not worth it. Bumped the price up quite a bit. $14 for a double cheeseburger. But still delicious nevertheless. I’ve always liked BFC for their food quality.
