Blue Sky Bagels - Meridian

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is consistently friendly and they fulfill our orders promptly. The food is high-quality and delicious. We especially appreciate that they serve sandwiches all day. It's definitely a family favorite!

Blue Sky Bagels offers the closest experience to authentic NYC-style bagels that I’ve found. Having lived on Long Island, NY, bagels with cream cheese and lox were a Sunday morning tradition for me. I won’t eat bagels anywhere else in Boise; this place is simply unmatched. Trust me when I say this is the best!

I'm not sure what's going on lately, but the service here has become extremely slow, and the bagels just aren't what they used to be. The cream cheese was disappointing, and my bagel was really dry. It's quite disheartening, especially since this used to be my go-to place for bagels. I tried a few times to see if it was just a fluke, but unfortunately, it hasn't improved.

We are on holiday and remember the top quality Bagels. We were not disappointed as usual. We live in an area with only outside the shelves and long for freshly cooked, wide selection and warm. How will life be better. Stop the good work.

Love their Asiago bagels with Loc spread and fresh unsweetened iced tea. Hits the spot every time. I rarely go out of my way to get anything but Blue Sky is an exception for that rule. The employees have fantastic attitudes and I've never had a bad experience. Don't forget to tip! I used to work food service and that is gas money ?
